We give up chances, regardless of the opposition, and they have the players who take their chances.

God knows how we're top of the league and they're 10 points behind us then!
They're in a better form right now than they were with Toress refusing to score the easiest goals in the world.

They've just crushed NUFC and Valence. But of course we've got what it takes to beat them !!

Just about to say the same thing.

If by crushed you mean really should have lost quite easily, then yes.

-- Mon Dec 12, 2011 2:05 pm --

I've seen it and I do think they've crushed them..

Newcastle's keeper (always forget his name) saved three-four 1 on 1 situations, scoreline could be much, much worse for NUFC

Chelsea should have been down to 10 men in the fourth minute FFS.

Re: Chelsea Vs City Pre Match Discussion Thread

I think this is going to be a very close game, the youthful exuberance of ramires and the other young one who's name escapes me from barca will have to be watched early on, and mata and sturidge haven't been playing badly this year at all, but unlike previous seasons I look at our attacking options and can't see us not at least making chances against a very ordinary Cech in goal, Terry is very cumbersome if turned and aguero and silva can do this regularly if facing him, we need to control this from the off, our regular game of keeping the ball and passing between the defenders/GK should draw them out of a deep lying defensive position enough to get space inbehind their defence.

Good sense of humour these rags!

They are also a bunch of bitter, hypocritical cunts!
The lad who put that on Facebook put us for a 2-1 win. Good lad he is too, though comments then from his mates were non-too-complimentary!
