Chelsea (N) | FA Cup Final | Post Match Thread

Loves his football does William .
Proper tall as well I didn’t realise how tall he is until yesterday. He definitely brought touch of class to proceedings !
6'3".

Diana ( RIP) brought some height to the Mount batten Windsors ( German short ar£es).

Will wed the lovely tall Catherine and so far the children seem to be heading upwards.

Lovely to see some height.

Those 10 goals are in all comps too.

Jury's done and dusted and gone home for me. He wanted to go, expected to break into the first team on a permanent basis because he thought he was better than he is and had proven even since that he wasn't as good as he thought he was. I can imagine him being a bit disruptive if he doesn't get his own way too.

Always treated by the media like he's Neymar or something, but all he's won at Chelsea is the Fifa CWC, which we all know is a bit of a "toy" competition, and the Euro Conference which isn't much better.

I look at it this way, if we'd kept Palmer we might never have signed Haaland. No contest is there?
Erling joined City 12 months before Palmer left.

If we kept Palmer, we might not have signed Jérémy.

I find Joe Hart and Michael Brown to be the two ex-city I like best - as co-commentators, that is, because I never listen to pre- or post-match waffle*. I only un-muted yesterday because I thought they'd be talking about what was happening on screen, but it was just more inane ramblings instead.

* I tell a lie - very occasionally I might do, just for a quick dose of schadenfreude, such as after Anfield or the Carabao Cup Final :-)
Micheal Brown had grudge against us for a while but i think they reeled him back in or he saw opportunity to make money but we did if memory serves me right sell him to spurs lol

they were poor stats dont lie, 1 shot on target all game and even that wasn't a save by trafford

WE need to be more relentless now, can't just keep passing, holding the ball up so much that all their team comes back

chelsea had 6 at the back for the first half, they had a game plan.

saying that I really enjoyed Nunes vs Cucurella's battle in the first half, especially when chelsea pinged the long ball up in that area
They were too cautious and negative in the first half. Just like Arsenal were at Wembley. They got what they deserved…..nothing.

Not bought from these cunts since they did a promotion against us for United fans around the 2nd FA Cup final against United,
Don’t know why anybody would order from Domino’s. Not only are their pizzas twice the price of everywhere else, their ingredients are hyper processed and taste shite.

There are so many amazing local pizzerias wherever you are these days.

I didn't like him as a player, but as a co-commentator I've always found him pretty good. Especially last season, when a few others were showing their previously-concealed true colours.

Am I missing something? Twice the commentators said City are the first team to go unbeaten in domestic competitions….
Can’t find it now but saw a statistic on twitter on the train that City are the second team to do the cup double twice.
3 or 4 have done it, but only one other team before had done the double cup double.

A great feeling winning another trophy.

I hope we never have to play Chelsea again in a final. Every game has been boring. When you consider all the money they have spent since the mid 2000s, it is mindblowing they have consistently played such turgid football.
I suppose you have to accept....they were scared of us.Temporary man in charge again
Approaches Wembley final ,with a damage limitation mindset...Their manager knew his team were inferior.chelsea did well to reach the final tbh...I can't even remember who their manager was last summer when they won the club world cup just over a year ago....strange club.
