Settle down Dave!

We all have players we don't like/rate. As in life generally, it's purely a matter of opinion.

Of the current senior City players:
Cancelo and Laporte. Neither has ever looked top class to me, and Ihave serious doubts about their attitudes.
Mahrez is so, so frustrating but that's most likely due to playing to Pep's instructions. He should never have been given a new three year contract.
Ederson gives me the jitters and is a long way from being a great keeper for me, but I fully accept that he fits the bill for Pep's style of play.
Gomez looks out of his depth and I can't see him making it at 'elite' level. I hope he does but I just don’t see it happening.

I'm happy to say that Pep Guardiola a brilliant coach, but I don't personally think his tactics/selection etc are as wonderful as many fans seem to think. At times, it's just like watching a very expensive training session but that's mainly due to shit opposition. I've never really been able to take to him as a person. I just find him a very odd character.

As for the club's hierarchy, I've never taken to them or the wider implications of the City Football Group on traditional football. That said, I'm just an FOC with luddite tendencies!

Those are a few of what you probably regard as my negative opinions, some will agree, some will not. Let's face it, if we all agreed on everything on here, most threads wouldn't exist!

Some of my best friends are FOC, and my ERO will tell you that I am a fully paid up member of the Luddite Society (FOC Section).

I don't necessarily disagree with the points you make but Cancelo and Laporte are not as bad as you make out. Were they to leave they would have little problem getting another major club and maintain a presence in their respective national sides.
