Young uns did well, pretty much all the goals and chances Chelsea created were down to the manager and the senior players, the fact our best defender by a mile was a kid speaks volumes, shame we haven't seen a bit more of these lads
 
I liked the look of Tosin and Manu. Kelechi and Faupala did well.

Hated most of everything else, team selection, defending, senior players who were picked were shit, we got hammered, out of the cup.
 
Even amongst a team of inexperienced youngsters Demichellis still stands out. For all the wrong reasons. And for fucks sake bring Joe back for the Bin Dippers otherwise it'll be a very long day.
 
Buying him was one of the clubs worst decisions. He is a terrible keeper, provides no competition and instead of buying a home grown keeper to help fill the quota it left us struggling to fill those places.
 
did themselves proud in such hard circumstances. poor management from pellegrini imo using that many youngsters against a chelsea first team, can't wait until pep comes in and have someone who wants and cares about our young players. i thought our more experienced players were the worst on the pitch.

what today showed is that some of the youth players should have got more chances previously. tosin looks a better player than demi. even angus gunn id have him over willy

Caballero is absolute shit, kolarov as well.
Thought tosin looked good in defense, but very raw on the ball.
Nice to see faupala get a goal.
Barker looked dangerous, wish he could have started the match.
The Garcias showed some promise.
Celina wasn't involved at all, a shame for him.
On to kiev.
 
I'd love those supporters to come back who argued the toss with me that Willy will take Hart's place, to give me an informed, humble apology. Along with Cabarello to our travelling lot for that fucking travesty.
 
Even if we're to accept he's the cup keeper, it still shouldn't mean he can't be dropped when playing badly. Hart's our league keeper, but if he was routinely turning in performances like that he'd be rightfully dropped.
 
One chance for a trophy now the dozy manager has to pick the strongest side and that has to include Hart!!
 
Sinclair spot on. Older players except Zab all not good enough. Defensively shite. How many times we should have just put the ball in row Z and regain your shape for the thrown in. Caballero and Dimichelis should never play again. Fucking embarrassment the pair.
 
Kids hung out to dry by Pellegrini's team choice in the senior players and the formation he played. Senior pros were shocking today. The youngsters probably would have been better off without them.

Thought the 2 Garcias looked the more likely of them to make it. Toisin looked decent defensively but not too great on the ball. Celina never really got into the game and Barker looked a little lost at times despite a few good touches. The 2 up front did ok with very little service.
 
Of those on show today only the two garcias and kelechi will make it at the very top level (and of the 2 garcias id say only manuel garcia looks really destined for it)......not sure about humphries as had little time to show his level.

The lad that scored will do well in a lower league as will the tall centre half but not at the top lvl

Might sound harsh but just cant see it esp with celina who i gather is the highest rated.....time to wait and see i guess but thats my opnion
 
fabregas having a dig post match , when asked was he surprised on our team selection " cant understand it we had to go to newcastle then paris 3 days later"
