This is a huge season coming up for Mourinho, they need to be successful.
They were successful though weren't they? Third in the league and champions league semi finalists despite having no strikers. We on the other hand only won the league twelve points fewer and six weeks later than we should have.

They're blowing their whole summer budget on Luiz?

Then again, it's the Mail. They said Kroos was a done deal yesterday.

Neil Ashton is not bad for Chelsea stories from what I have read and he seems co didn't enough to say the deal is set to be completed in the next 48 hours.

If you include Mata, Mourinho could end up getting close to 90m in funds from players he believes are not needed and that doesn't include any potential fees for Torres, Ba and maybe Lukaku.

€50m for Luiz?! :P

Luiz is footballs biggest in joke. Big money switch from Benfica, now an even bigger money switch to PSG.. He's going to become the worlds most expensive player with his next transfer and no-one is still quite sure why.

Chelsea were joint favourites with City at the start of the season.

You have a very strange view of success.

No strikers? They chose to go into the season with their squad
