their next 2 away games are at stoke and saints...hard pitches to win so i can see them losing even more points

They have West Ham at home too iirc, tough to beat on their day.

hope sam bring his 19th century football to bridge , i think the blueprint to play against chelsea for small teams is out there as demonstrated by sunderland and newcastle, park the bus and forget about winning, they lack imagination with bus being parked

Completely agree, you use Maureen's own tactics when playing the big teams away, park the bus and try to counter. As Newcastle showed if you stick to it you can get results. Have to record MOTD I think, great weekend results wise for City!

Did Alan Pardrew shake Maureen's hand before the final whistle?

Newcastle didn't really park the bus. They were terrible for the first 30 minutes, but after that they grew into the game and had as much of the possession as Chelsea. In the 2nd half they started slowly, but once again came back into the game. They only defended deep after they scored.

It's their defence which is still suspect and not at the level it should be. Every time a game gets stretched it seems too likely they will concede. Mourinho's lack of rotation has come back to haunt him too. Big turn around this week in the league race.

Too often WIllian looks nice, but does not really do anything.

What a **** Moaninho is, lol

'We wanted to play more football but it was not possible because a few things I thought didn't belong any more to top-level football but still belongs - the ball disappeared, the ball doesn't come, another ball comes, the ball boys run away - these kind of situations that unfortunately are still part of the game. But no complaints.'

Bang out of order it was. I'm a bit gutted we don't hear about the unbeatables anymore. That 15 game unbeaten streak will never be matched again. Diego Costa's strikerate will never be beaten and no one will be better at parrying a ball into the danger area than Courtois (best goalie in the universe) . The only loser yesterday was football, sad day indeed!

Mourinho is a ****, hate him with a passion!

Great to see Chelsea drop points, buzzing.

Just hope we get good news on Aguero

A lot of cheating and diving as per usual at The Bridge. Bruce didn't want to let it go, rightfully so. Hopefully one day the ref will show some bottle and send that snide shit Costa off for leaving his Fellani elbows in

Chelsea 2-0 Hull City: Jose Mourinho says his players do not dive
Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho says his players play a "clean" game despite two of his side being cautioned for simulation during their 2-0 win over Hull City.
Diego Costa and Willian were both booked for diving, while Gary Cahill also went over in the box without significant contact.

He really is a twat isn't he. His team is well known for diving and when you have 2 players booked for diving in 1 game and another who got away with a blatant dive as a yellow would have meant a 2nd and sending off but Foy bottled it, to come out and state you do not dive is crazy.

Posted this yesterday:
Football Focus' Garth Crooks on diving
"Twice, Chelsea players have dived in the first 60 minutes - first Willian and Gary Cahill. It's disgraceful. Managers can't say what I'm about to say - it questions the integrity of the refereeing. Is he intimidated by Stamford Bridge? The referee is not being fair. Cahill is on a yellow card and dived. He should have got another booking for that. The only conclusion you can come to is because it's Chelsea and now the injustice has got the Hull players' blood boiling. They're thinking they might as well take the law into their own hands."

After he posted this they even got another yellow for another dive by Costa.
