I think so.

I don’t necessarily think that he will be expected to lead Chelsea to the title, but he will certainly have to have an improved season.

More points in the League, a domestic cup and quarter final, at least, in the CL are the minimum that will be demanded, I think.

This is a very impressive transfer reminds me of when they got the likes of Duff, Robben, Drogba, etc in a few windows.

There'll be lots of cricket scores early on against some teams probably.
 
To be honest Chelsea are primed really well for the season after this once all these new players have bedded in. The manager after Lampard won't believe his luck!
 
I think they have easily had the best transfer window. Really improved their squad. Not the end of their rebuild by any means but they have defo made great progress.
 
Werner scored a nice goal yesterday.

I look forward to seeing him in the PL and see how he adapts.
