Sky flapping their hands at this and Richards is far from the best person to ask!

It seems pretty obvious to me that if signed paperwork states to a sufficiently acceptable legal degree it would remove the argument that day-to-day business involved Abramovich.

I like Richards but he’s not too bright.

I’m not sure what he expects Abramovich to say.

It's going to risky either way, staying russian and be in touch with his russian ties is not a good idea at all if he still want to able to do business in western world.
