Does this mean that Chelsea are now state owned by our government ?
Oh trust me we'll get mentioned a lot. The war in Yemen etcetera and "Now is the time to clean up football once and for all."The dippers and rags back at the top winning all the trophies again all's well in the world of Harris and Delaney.once more.
Chelsea will survive this i have no doubt, but the long term damage this causes will fuck them over for a very long time potentially.I do have a bit of sympathy for Chelsea Football Club, their true decent fans and even their owner if he is true to his word. As an owner I think he`s been good for Chelsea and not harmful to football.
There seems to be a movement to destroy the football club to it`s foundations which I think is bang out of order.
I`m sure there is a way to get Abramovich out of the club without destroying Chelsea the club.
Three already “reviewing” their £40m per year sponsorship deal. Which surely means they are soon to end it.If sponsors etc. don’t wait it out and assuming the sanctions go on until the war is over, Chelsea are fucked.
Putin won’t be arsed about a football club being worn down to the ground.
Can they even sell players? That’d generate income wouldn’t it..? Players are stuck there until their contracts are finished. If they can sell players - Kante and Reece James wouldn’t go amiss.
Edit: just seen he can still sell the club if overseen by the government…
Same here, must be for old folk :-)Apparently I’m the wrong age to watch that! ;-)
Bloody hell buy a windows licence will ya !!
And the Saudis and UAE are using arms bought from the UK and US.It is surely a little inconvenient that the war in Yemen is supported by both the US and UK Governments.
But why let facts get in the way eh ?
