Rather than blame it on his selection, tactics or our play, he said "It was about individual quality, and we lacked quality up front if I'm honest."

That's the type of comment Mourinho would come out with it.

He wouldn’t suit our style. Think he gets found out a bit in this league. He was good in Italy.

I don’t think his selection or tactics were to blame really. Our strong and good play and their wastefulness when they had their two great chances cost them. Had they gone for it, we would have hammered them. No side lives with us when they toe to toe and we are on form. Their final ball was very poor and they were offside too often. Had they gone one nil up it may have been hard to come back from that against an ultra defensive side like them.

Best team won. It’s clear the best two teams are us and the dippers like we have been for the past 4 seasons bar their crap season last year. Chelsea could conceivably miss out on 3rd if any of the chasing pack pull their finger out

It is now illegal to use the term "rent boys" in chants towards Chelsea players or fans. I reckon this ruling might just have the opposite effect to that which was intended.

The chant is in bad taste, and shouldn't be used anyway, in my opinion

Maybe I'm missing something here, but I've never linked rent boy chants to homophobia. It's not how I interpret the chant at all and Ive never got the impression anybody sings it with the intention it's not been labelled. So I can potentially crassly but legally call a female fan a whore but it's now illegal to do the same thing to a male fan?

I expect this to explode in the coming months now, this will see fans of every club that play Chelsea in the coming weeks belt it out even louder than they would normally. We shall see how hard they want to clamp down on it.

I don't think you can take Tuchel's comments divorced of the context of the interview Lukaku gave a fortnight ago.

These German coaches are skillful in blaming someone else. It is Martial who didn't actually play their last match. It is Lukaku who didn't see the ball much because of the defensive tactics of the coach. It is grass, something or rather. They all must come from a single root in the coaching tree.

Tuchel and Klopp are two proper miserable moaning wankers. If anything he seems even more moody than Klopp, it’s like the bloke despises football. I don’t know why he bothers doing a job in the sport.

I thought I didn’t like my job but I look like the man with the most job satisfaction in the country compared to this miserable **** at Chelsea.

His face distorts into a caricature, it’s like he’s trying to win a gurning contest rather than a football match!

Please never feel the need to apologise. I agree with a lot of things folk say, I just can’t say it or write it but would never feel anything other than solidarity with my Blue ‘friends’.

My Dad had this thing about me being the eldest and setting a good example to my siblings. The irony is that most of them swear! But they never got the clip round the ear. *lol*

I put ‘’ for the friends because you may not want to be known as my friend and I wouldn’t like to presume. :-)

Isn’t the story that during a police raid a so called Chelsea headhunter was found in bed with a male prostitute, colloquially known as a rent boy. Their chant of Chelsea aggro was changed to Chelsea rent boys. Not sure it’s homophobic but it’s a piss take isn’t it?

Individual quality lacking up front? If only they had unlimited resources they could have spent £57.6 million on Pulisic, £36 million on Ziyech and £97 million on Lukaku. That’s a quality front three however way you slice it, but Stones and Laporte had them for lunch. Lukaku in particular could have told the media there was a lack of individual imagination from the dug-out, but has perhaps said enough already. @Eccles Blue is spot-on. TT is a strange feller.
