they have the strongest mid-field by far and barring injury to lampard/essien/ballack i believe they will win it by a distance.arse are playing pretty football at moment but dont have any power-house types that you need on over-watered pitches,liverpool have problems replacing alonso,rags midfield are lightweight.Still too soon for City to reach the very top,season after will be the one. Money buys success.lots of money brings it quicker
