That's not true. Chelski signed a 15 year old and we didn't. We haven't broken any inducement rules. Tapping up is the most we've ever done and Uefa see that as by far the lesser of the two evils.

This is incorrect. Kakuta signed as a 16 year old. There are differences with Helan in that he was already in a legal dispute with his club when we approached him but there are significant similarities too. If Chelsea successfully challenge the validity of the pre-contract agreement it would strengthen our case. Inducement is the same as tapping up BTW and Chelsea have said they will appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
