As we are not allowed to wish injuries on star players, how about 0-0 with a full-time melee where four players from each side get straight reds for violent conduct and each miss the next three games.

Losing 3 already by this point in the season would surely be damaging for them.
Not sure about that. Doesn't really matter how many they lose - only matters how many points they have.
For example, they have lost more matches than us this season, but they are still (just) above us in the table.
I don't necessarily think that's true. They're playing a brand new style with several brand new players, they're now using an all new CM pairing with Lampard now permanently relegated to the bench, and, now, a new CB pairing with Terry banned, none of which have even fully gelled yet, and they're still top of the League 4 points clear. Imagine what they could be like once the team is completely settled. Not to mention that they've got the feckless Torres leading their attack which is about as useful as playing with 10 men. We've also not seen their other new signings like Moses, Marin, and Azpilicuta feature much and show what they can do, simply because the XI Di Matteo has been putting out has been so good thus far. As much as I'd like to think Chelsea will only go down from here, I'm just not sure that's the case.the blue panther said:Chelsea got Spurs without Bale, when their attacking threat is much weakened. Spurs still managed to score twice. I think United will pose them a much greater threat, even though it's at Stamford Bridge, and Chelsea will have to keep the ball for long periods and run United ragged if they are to win.
I still see United as our main threat because teams tend to roll over for them so easily, and ref's favour them more than Chelsea or us. So, overall, if not a draw, I'd prefer a Chelsea win, as they are one of the few teams who are capable of beating the scummers, and as I don't think Chelsea will be able to sustain their (excellent) form for anything like as long as us or United.
The other worry for Chelsea is that THIS is as good as it will get for them, whereas we and United haven't hit top form yet - arguably United did in the 1st 20 mins against Newcastle - but I think, for United and City, their best is yet to come. Kompany is far from his best, and we've barely seen Silva yet. We have much more to come from defence and attack, but still showed fantastic resiliance at the weekend with 10 men. I think that performance will have disheartened United and Chelsea.
Sundays game will be interesting, but I can't wait to see us up against the pair of them.
