Because he's the manager and watches them in training week-in, week-out. And he's passed his management exams and led all his teams to trophies. I suspect he knows what he is doing.

I'll be watching to see if you criticise any of his decisions from now on.

shakes head, but then again are you EVER happy? Looks good to me, Yaya, Barry and Milner as a more defensive midfield unit makes absolute sense to me given Chelsea's strength is in their midfield.
 
Or maybe Milner and Barry to play together with Yaya forward..this setup is nice and flexible..I think Barry will be playing really deep tho to cover Kola when he is forward

this, absolutely. First full season in charge = our first major tropy for 35 years, second full season in charge = our first League Title in 44 years. Third full season in charge and every tom dick and mcfc bob knows better than our manager, FFS
