Come on reading!
Maybe not in prem but lower league cubs would get lower attendances.unlikelyfan19 said:greasedupdeafguy said:That would just kill football in Englandmancity1 said:Crazy that all premiership games are not shown live in the UK , eventually they will and it has little to do with crowds.
Here in OZ the AFL which is the equivalent of the premiership has all games shown live on free to air / pay tv or live to a telstra iphone /
We see every premiership game live bar when 6 games are scheduled at 3.00pm on a Saturday when we see five and when three games are scheduled at the same time on a Sunday when we see two.
Every City game will be shown live to us here this year.
Why because no one would go to games?

Never in million years in England, we have thriving league system, some non league clubs get over 1000 spectators.unlikelyfan19 said:greasedupdeafguy said:Maybe not in prem but lower league cubs would get lower attendances.unlikelyfan19 said:Why because no one would go to games?
Maybe this is a conversation for another time...
But as big clubs get bigger and it becomes harder financially to compete, won't natural evolution produce some sort of "fixed" league. Maybe not in the next 20 years but eventually?
