Given the obvious unpopularity of the OS, I wonder how long it will take Windows to row back and release windows 9 (or whatever)...and of course if the next OS will look like the old ones everyone has grown do like so much...
the outcry over win 8 is even louder than the one over the discontinuation of win xp, funny how these things are such emotional topics ;) (although I have to admit that if you have to work with these systems, you really are affected by Microsofts decisions in a big way)
