Not looking good for daisy, i will read up in a bit on any changes to ip security in China.
Your ip does not respond to ping or tracert and nobody in the scene knows anything and if anyone would know these changes it is us.
Now the only people i know with ip's like that are me when i am on a secure anon vpn, other people in ftp scene and some goverment agencies.
No way would anyone use such measures on a regular www forum.
lol i just got a result back and every historical report shows this is an undesirable ip with spam and all sorts going through it. This tells me this is a proxie and i am 90% sure your a troll :)
Still i will confirm when i get home.
Not quite Columbo, it's no secret there are restrictions on internet access in China and using a vpn is pretty much normal practice for foreign establishments and it's employees. I can save you all the hassle and work and let you know I subscribe to a vpn from Astrill, it costs around £5 a month and you can choose in which country to have your isp. Obviously it would appear as un undesirable ip as there are lots of people using it I assume. I have switched between a Chinese isp and a Hong Kong isp tonight for ease of access to certain sites. You might be surprised to learn that the Chinese ip works best for me as it's the quickest. I normally just leave it on and switch between China and Hong Kong so I can get access to certain western sites and Chinese sites. If you really want me to I will pm you or even just post here with my vpn turned off and it will show as China Unicom Beijing. No surprises, I have nothing to hide.
Let me know what you'd like to do Clouseau.
The use of the words Columbo, Clouseau, PM's confirm that you are about as Chinese as i am. Your not very good at this are you?
