Chinese OSCs, Shenzhen Blues + Sun Jihai + Shenzhen Peng City FC

Seems I'm a little out of the loop, who the fuck are Soccer World?
likea 5/7/11-a-side footy company in CHina and globally, they actually look really good. I think their head office may be in Spain though. Unsure.

This China trip is beyond stupid. Embarrassing actually.
matchday of derby, game on at 7am... 9am... 11am...
no rain that morning of early afternoon
game off 1pm
pics leaked of the surface, seems huge squares were re-laid a week before
it was never going to be on

what a waste of time and money

so few positives about everything the organiser was involved in

come to VIP training... turned out ithere was VVVIP, VVIP, VIP and others.

So, the rumours are of City having two games in Shenzhen and Shanghai in summer 2018.

But before that can even be discussed, here are some photos from a curtailed-event [at half-time] held by Manchester City in Shenzhen on Sunday night. Paul Dickov attended. Like many fans globally, it was gonna be a late one, 2215hrs local time for kick off, with expected arrival back to my apartment by 3am, for a 7.30am start the next day. Others had worse timings too but many made the effort.

For many blues based in China this was a treat and fans came from Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Huizhou, and Hong Kong to attend. Sadly, some arrived late and were reportedly denied access. And, at half time the screen's power was switched off.

Public gatherings are strictly monitored.

That was a shame because City put together a potentially great evening.

Anyone going to Nanjing and Shanghai in July?

17th is the first game (a semi) followed by the final or third placed play off for the PL Asia Trophy

Very tempted. Looking to go to Japan/South Korea/China in the next 18 months and this would be a good excuse. Terrible timing work wise though so will probably just watch them on the tv.

Imagine we'll play a game somewhere in between the Shanghai and Yokohama games.
