Crispy chilli shredded beef,the crunchier the better.
I use the Kwong Hing in Stalybridge,food is class,service is also class.Tough to get both from a chinese takeaway !

I don't get it under a microscope and sample the DNA but you'd know if you'd seen it mate. Plus this is a Chinese takeaway..
