Crispy chilli shredded beef,the crunchier the better.
I use the Kwong Hing in Stalybridge,food is class,service is also class.Tough to get both from a chinese takeaway !

I also use the kwong hing wouldn't go anywhere else food is fantastic,hate it when they go on holiday and close,best special fried rice anywhere

I remember the Tai Loy in Northenden served exceptional food. Their chicken curry was brilliant and the special fried rice, well, I've never had anything like it in my life. full of chicken pieces and prawns topped off with loads of slices of char sui and a fried egg. Chips were crispy too and you could tell they were cooked in sunflower oil.

Would love someone to give me an update on the place.
