Chris Foy

Seem to remember him shafting Spurs too when they were still a title threat. The fact it happened to benefit us is by the by, you can bet your bottom dollar that it was done for Uniteds advantage.

Stoke away I think? Absolutely diabolical refereeing display. Come to think of it, didn't he do QPR v Chelsea when Chelsea were down to nine men by half time? Nice early Red card for Kompany in the Derby as well if I'm not mistaken? Bent bastard.

Of all the decisions that have gone United's way over the last few weeks, the one I can't get over is the disallowed goal at Wigan.

There’s been a big increase in players 'blocking off' opposing keepers at corners this season. Not sure who started it, but you now see it at every corner, by every team, in every game. Disallowing a resulting goal would be a very good way to stop it. But if this had been a directive to referees, we would have seen at least 20-30 disallowed goals this season. I'm not aware of a single time it’s happened.

Then, the FIRST time a goal is disallowed for 'blocking off', it's a crucial goal against United at a crucial stage of the season.

I try not to believe in conspiracies (and most decisions do even themselves out) but I just can't get over how weird this one is.

What we need are refs who can actually do the job! Chris Foy is either knees deep in something he should not be, or he is an inept incompetent ref, and it is not just our games.

It's about time the FA started to take serious action

Thing is, i noticed from the stands , that after 20 mins of inept/bent decisions against us Foy completely changed sides and and started giving us decisons..when we went two nil up, it was almost as though he had given up cheating and thrown the towel in..lots of fans around me noticed this it was so blatant..still annoyed about this now....

Also, ive been told the 1st half Augero foul was a clear penalty( too far away for me to see at the time) why didnt he book him for diving too..just a step too far that wasn,t it Chris? cnut of the highest order.

can anyone who watched on sky confirm Augero should have had a penalty?

Looked one to me when I watched it later.

Yeah was almost certainly a foul. Possibly started just outside the box but either way it was a clear foul and nothing awarded, just moments after Tevez had been given a yellow card for having the cheek to let a Norwich player kick him.

it was a definite foul, arm was grabbed and then shoulder barged to the ground. whether you want to say it started outside the box, and is therefore a free kick, or is a penalty is another question. but it was about as clear a foul as you can get, and that nothing was given (after the Tevez decision) had me ready to throw my beer at the TV.

Can't we rename the thread title to "Twatty Face" ? I am sick of seeing his name.

Fuck your word filters you lazy twats at work, more workin, less shirkin. Lazy set of bastards i tell thee.
This thread deserves a proper title :p

Does anyone else think that Foy would potentially be in physical danger if he ever reffed a City home game again?

I would like to think that his mistakes concerning City are just honest mistakes, but if he refs us again and makes yet another shocker, I can easily imagine some nutter from the south stand charging onto the pitch to twat him.

I heard he might be retiring at the end of the season, but if he doesn't I wonder if his safety could be guaranteed his safety if he refs us at home? (Isn't that the sort of reason why Clattenberg doesn't referee Everton games?)

You don't like thinking these sorts of things - it's only a game when all is said and done - but emotions run high at football matches and somebody like him who rightly or wrongly is perceived as being extremely biased against City could well provoke a very serious incident if he made the wrong decision (again) at the wrong time in the wrong match.

I'd love to see a few of them, not just Foy, ref a big club game in South America. They wouldn't last five minutes. Or maybe they would if they new that being a bent twat would most probably end up in a lynching.

They're 'professionals' now, ha! I honestly don't think so many of them can be so incompetent so often. Fucking stinks.

Can you clear one thing up for me, I've never understood this decisions even themselves out, can you help me by showing me evidence of this.
