Looking at the replays both Tevez and Aguero should have won penalties.

The only positive is that it was Tevez who got the yellow, if it had been balotelli he would have been sent off by half time. Tevez is too intelligent for that.

What about the foul on Joe Hart when it was 0-0 and Lescott had to clear off the line. Twice as bad as the 'foul' on De Gay, but Wigan ended up having a goal disallowed.
