Chris Grayling - is there no beginning to this mans talents?

Mr Grayling said: "While it is disappointing that Eurotunnel chose to take legal action on contracts in place to ensure the smooth supply of vital medicines, I am pleased that this agreement will ensure the Channel Tunnel is ready for a post-Brexit world."

HTF can he even try to shift the blame, this prick need euthanizing for the good of humanity.

If you read this and the got statement it looks like they are passing off the £33m as an investment - you'd think that they were planning to give them £33m anyway and the Seabourne Freight fiasco had sod all to do with the money.

The deal was subsequently scrapped by the government last month after its financial backer Arklow Shipping pulled out.

Again with this, despite Arklow being quite clear that they'd never committed to anything and to the best of their knowledge had never been more than one of a number of companies contacted to gauge interest in a deal.

Thing is I wouldn't even accuse the government of lying.............I mean its a Grayling plan and this fucked up Government - they aren't being devious they are just demonstrating their incompetence

Yeah tbf looks more like Seaborne being dishonest in the bid and the Tories/Grayling being too incompetent to do any due diligence, to even the extent of checking third party commitments.

The dumb fucker should be surcharged for the public money he has been so cavalier with. I'm sure he's got a property portfolio like all the others. Fucking confiscate it, with no compensation. Love to see this gimp out on the streets.

Grayling is doing a good job.

He's the ultimate dead cat argument protecting May's fuck ups.

Funny how on the same day one of her policies as home sec is deemed racist that Grayling takes the headlines instead.

Watching a report on Ch4 news and it gives his profile

Born on April 1st, explains a lot now really

In a field of incompetence to stand out that far takes some doing. They should give him a hat and make him stand in a corner(directions and a crayoned map advisable)

Latest Grayling failure is that the Ferry contracts awarded to ensure that we can continue to receive medicines and food have a penalty clause in them which means that if Brexit doesn't happen on the 29th March then the Government has to cough up £29 million in compensation

he is running up quite a tab isn't he?

Reports today that Railtrack are 6 months behind in planning major upgrades due to start soon. Grayling's territory, I believe.

The **** will be dictating our pay offer.

I hope he signs it off forgetting to put in the decimal point. 12% no strings would be most acceptable to our members.

ahhhhhh - Newsnight now reporting on more issues around Grayling department - amongst other things they are using satellite imaging ( Google ) to judge the French preparedness for Brexit rather than speaking to the French about it ...............its gonna be fun when we leave on No Deal watching Chris squirm...............may be the only entertainment left to us
