I see SSN are banging on about the attendance "almost 40k". But failed to mention the stadium was half full.

Well,as painful as it is to see,Smalling is beginning to look like a very decent centrehalf,he's taken his chance well and the run of games is doing his development no harm.

Perhaps we should be doing similar with Boateng? I feel he can be equally as effective for us given the opportunity.

Nah only kiddin, he played ok...ish last night. Saw the mazy run he made through the centre of the Marseille midfield.
