I got a couple of bottles from the sale branch . They will be near the tills or on the end of the aisle , its a nice drop . If they don't have any I strongly recommend the chassaux et Fils, costieres de nimes which is also on offer for about one pound more . Its so cheap considering the alcohol duty and VAT is probably close to three pounds.

I've been to 4 aldis today and none of them had a single bottle. Costiers will have to do as its cracking.

Opened one just to check it will be okay for Xmas.

Very smooth and quite black cherry-y. No discernible aftertaste.

Wine approved.
