As it is, nobody except the fans mentions it so they keep doing it. They blatant have a policy of going down the second they feel any contact, but it never gets mentioned in the studio despite an absolutely ridiculous penalty count now.

In general, PSG is screwed by referee in CL. Nothing new, nothing to do with spanish ref either.
