Has its origins in the religious trying to make sex less pleasurable and encourage abstinence, it's barbaric and has no place in a modern first world country.

That said, it has its benefits in deprived third world countries with an AIDS empidemic for example, as it's been proven that circumcision greatly reduces the risk of contracting HIV/AIDS in such an environment.

But in the first world, where we have modern education, are increasingly secular, and cleanliness isn't an issue?

There's no good reason for it.

How exactly have you judged that haha?? I'm sure women, strange creatures as they sometimes can be, don't check a bloke is circumcised before deciding if he's attractive or not. Unless you have evidence? That's a ridiculous statement!

LOL, I wouldn't trust all those "recent polls".
A study by Kristen O'Hara showed that of women who had experienced both circumcised and intact, the high majority preferred intact.

The poll you're referring to was obviously taken by American women, since in most countries other than the USA circumcision is very uncommon. Girls tend to prefer what they're used to...if you go to Europe, most of the girls there haven't even seen a circumised penis.

Anyways, trust me, girls do NOT CARE whether a guy is circumcised or not. It's not important in a relationship. Personally I much prefer intact (not circumcised) because in my opinion it looks sexier, feels better, is funner to play with, etc etc etc.

By the way, circumcised and intact penises look slightly different when erect..mainly being, on circumcised, the head is all dried-out and calloused, but on intact, the head is shiny and moist. Like it's supposed to be.
Plus, if you have foreskin then it doesn't feel like circumcised. Circumcised men have a lot less sensitivity.
