Anyone else still not received their new cards for this season. Rang 10 days ago and still nothing.

I received mine a week ago, but got a phone call from the club today to ask if I had received them, so I guess there's quite a bit of chaos going on.

Oh, and also to tell me Otamendi had signed...bit weird that!

Just been on the the club, there is so many problems with SC that some Citizens cards won't be sent out for upto 3 weeks.so was told to just use the old cards as they are still activated.

My new card didn't work on Sunday, so a steward scanned it on his machine, put it in his pocket, then one of his colleagues took me over to the turnstile and let me in.
Hopefully, I should get a new one before the Watford game.
Hopefully, it wasn't a scam!

We were sent paper tickets for the Chelsea game.

Mine came on Saturday although I have paper tickets for Newcastle.

tried ringing the club after 20 odd minutes gave up , sent e-mails and no reply , now nearly 10 weeks since i ordered the cards , beyond a joke , not blaming the club totally the outside contractor who provides the cards , should be named and shamed and sued by the club and put out of business
