It's a homage to 2011/12 this season sure, it's not like every other team Puma supply have the exact same design especially the 'keeper shirt...

Fuck me, next years kit is getting it nowYes. We had maroon in 2010/11 too. But the secondary colour was white in both cases.
As you say might not be maroon trim and sponsor but if so Puma have completely misinterpreted the historic use of the colour.
