The massive v-neck and no collar is probably why it's the lightest shirt ever! They can go even lighter the following year with cap sleeves and no badge :-)Seems as though we will be getting Pumas new Ultraweave technology featured on the latest Italy kit. Lightest shirt ever made apparently. Has a weird v-neck collar, not sure if that'll be the same for us mind?

Only just recovering from this seasons.Because who doesn't need 9 months of speculation about what next season's kits that we will wear for.. 10 months will look like!
Unless the rules have changed we can't have maroon numbers on shirts still which is a shame....we had them a couple of years ago but that was I think just in European games.
Even on the players it looks rankOnly just recovering from this seasons.
I don't think the sponsor will be in maroon, it doesn't work as a sponsor colour. I think maroon will be the prominent trim piece with white supplementing it.Good. Much prefer white numbers - even if the sponsor will be in maroon.
and in europe/cups i'm pretty sure we'll have maroon numbers which imo looks very strange
it's just supposition at this stage based on maroon being the secondary colour of the kit, doesn't mean it will be the sponsor colour etc.I thought this year was meant to be classic and retro?
The fuck have we got a maroon sponsor for?
Who knows if we wil, but isn't maroon a retro colour ?I thought this year was meant to be classic and retro?

Yeah but it just looks so wrong as the secondary colour. It's a tertiary colour.Who knows if we wil, but isn't maroon a retro colour ?

If you want to be retro, white has to be the second colour IMO.
Either way it isn't a big deal I just don't see how just using maroon makes the kit retro. If anything, the mockup reminds me of the awful purple accented puma kit from a couple of years ago.

Yes. We had maroon in 2010/11 too. But the secondary colour was white in both cases.Didn’t we have maroon on the ‘68 title winning kit - arguably the most classic of all Manchester City kits?
It is also not confirmed we have a maroon sponsor. The footyheadlines pic is just a concept based on them hearing about colours. It’s not a leak of the actual design.
or just make it a tube top and be done with it.The massive v-neck and no collar is probably why it's the lightest shirt ever! They can go even lighter the following year with cap sleeves and no badge :-)
The City home kit. Shame ADUG have allowed for us to fuck about so much instead of just establishing this as our brand.
