I can't wait to watch this,

But,

It strikes me that this becomes a Motivation For Dummies text book/video for other managers. I know desire and motivation is only part of success but its a big part. Arteta was clearly lacking in the pep talk (pun intended) stakes last year. Won't he just watch this over and over to try and mimic the desire shown in the City squad into Arsenal's?
