It makes him sound like he's guilty and he did the crime and is about to get away with it. Like the article reads, we are claiming wrongful dismissal, not that he was guilty and we want to get away with it

Not seen it mentioned yet but Zab appears to be on the receiving end of a nice little forearm smash on the back of the head from Sagna just as the ball goes out of play, this was the reason Zab was p1ssed off and if you also notice, he was rubbing the back of his head on the way off, no doubt they`ll claim Zab raising his arms ( to chest height) was a factor, but what do they expect when some whopper is trying shove his head into yours, we`ll see what happens, not too hopeful though.

The ban won't be overturned. The incident went on too long and Zabaleta didn't walk away and joined in a bit too much.
Still, he kept his cool until the 90th minute, showing what a great player he is.
