Veron declarse he has rejected city - what a huge embarresment.

Oh yes, I do not think I can cope with the embarrassment. How will City continue after such a critical blow? No player will ever want to saign for us again, the game is up. I'm taking my seasoncard back tomorrow

worrys the fcuk out of me that hes chasing never has beens like veron. was proved for a long time that he couldnt hack the premier league in his prime, hows he going to do it at 34 or whatever he is.

him, viera, cordoba etc. it all worrys me. yes they are players mancini has worked with before but theyre players who do well in Italy, its nothing like the premiership and theyre at the end of their careers.

viera on loan couldnt really be a bad signing, cos he knows the league, but hes way past his best, and with de jong and barry dont really see a defensive midfielder as a priority. we need another attacking central midfielder, and im very underwhelmed that he had decided veron was that player.

behind mancini, hes got the best out of the players weve got so far, but this shite we are going after isnt impressive.

I hope the reason Mancini 'appears' to be chasing short term buys/loans isn't that the rumours about him only being here until the summer are true.
I've been impressed with the guy and the way he's handled everything so far and would be more than happy for him to stay as our manager.

Personally I suspect that Roberto could pull a City shirt on and do a better job than Veron.
My gut feeling tells me that one reason why he secured the manager's job was because he promised some big names for the Arabs, so we can expect a few more oldies but goodies to be approached at least until his managerial position looks secure.

I suspect the press having made up he story in the first place have now made up the "Veron turns down City" as an alternative to admitting they made it up in the first place. If Mancini did approach Veron it was more likely in a coaching capacity.

it seem to me a lot of guys here talk about names instead of football...

mancini has played 3 match and have had a few training

wich midfielder has he found in the squad ?

Barry , De Jong , and then ???

Ireland is just a good back up ATM.

which other midfielder mancini has in case of jniuries ??? how can he hope to gain a top4 spot without midflielder ?

wich midfielder can he sign in january ? wich team sell good midfielder in january ? this is the problem.

There is just one owner, Sheikh Mansour. It would be polite to refer to him correctly.

city are putting bids in for 3 strikers jones fraser and godfrey off dads army.
A bit worrying for me lets get the 20-25 year olds in from around the globe buying has beens on short term contracts wont stabalise the playing staff I am hoping kiddo has his say about this issue. The problem is Jan is not the month top players want to leave a club unless the club in question are on thier arse.
