City Book

Read loads of footy books. But, All Played Out by Pete Davis (Full story of Italia 90) and Stan Bowles's autobiograpy are excellent reads.

Not read it for a few years, but can really recommend "Blue Moon: Down Among The Dead Men With Manchester City" by Mark Hodkinson. It is a fly on the wall book of the promotion season - last pages are peoples real comments and reactions to the Wembley game, and actually brings a tear to the eye. Very good book.

Glad you mentioned that. It also qoutes some of The Mirrors' Anti City stuff. That's right, they have been moaning about City for years. It even covers the difference when United played in Europe and City had the Mansfield match. Never bought it since, shame as it had some good investigative old school journalists.

Dennis Tueart came across as a cock as well.
