Nice one unfortunately I’m not at the game but it should cut times down. Can’t fault your customer service on this.

Ahh that's a shame, but don't worry we will be able to look at how long it takes and compare the two, ill keep you posted on the outcome!
 
Due road closures for Remembrance Sunday in Tottington, MC12 will be diverted, and unable to pick up at Greenmount and Tottington.

MC 12 will now pick up in Ramsbottom as usual, then the Hare and Hounds in Holcombe Brook, and then next stop Bury Interchange

Times are as below -
Ramsbottom Market 14.20
Stop D, Hare & Hounds 14.28
Bury Interchange 14.42

Used bus MCO6 today, used to use it frequently but started getting the train as its quicker and more reliable but not on Sunday so used it again today.
Going was brilliant and couldn't fault it.
Return not so good .... It must have took 20 mins to get from the car park to the main road, Im sure that it never took that long in the past ,didnt they used to have someone on the lights to let the buses out or is that my imagination .
Finally got to Heaton Chapel at around 19.50.
Train for me from now on even on Sunday unless they sort the lights out or put a toilet on it .
 
@matchdaybus the point about getting out of the car park/through the lights is a good one, it does seem to be taking longer and longer. Once all the buses are ready to roll couldn’t the police temporarily take control of the junction like they do for the away fans coaches?

Good point. It would only take a few minutes to get the buses out into the main road

Hello, some TfGM staff are currently taking part in industrial action which is why we haven’t had the support in place for traffic signals the last couple of fixtures. We should be back to normal for the next fixture. We apologise for any inconvenience.
 
Buses could be in big demand when Piccadilly is closed for 9 days next February 14 - 22. We currently play Newcastle on Saturday 21st. Not sure what the CL situation is, if any, around that time

I'm in Sandbach on the Crewe line, so I'll need alternative plans
 
@matchdaybus i see there’s planned metro link strike for the Sunderland game on 5/6th December, might be worth buses picking up earlier if they go ahead, Everyman and his dog will be driving to town or the stadium on a busy Christmas weekend.
How did the MC13 do going down Briscoe lane for the Liverpool game?

Hello, we will be considering options for strike dates and will keep you in the loop. MC13 will now be using down Briscoe Lane.
 
Shuttle bus from Victoria to Etihad hasn’t turned up yet. Supposed to leave at 7pm. I don’t think this is part of this matchday bus device though, despite being in the page below, is it?

Etihad Campus - Travelling by Bus

The Etihad Campus is walkable from Manchester City Centre and on average it takes around 25 minutes to walk from the city centre to the Etihad Stadium

EDIT- and still on Great Ancoats Street in traffic at 7.33pm… shite!
