I just rang to find out, I’m really sorry. A lesson learnt for next time to delay a lot longer. Drivers had been on long shifts today so majority wouldn’t wait any longer.

The time was set for 7pm, we did ask all drivers to stay when we realised it would be later but unfortunately after 7pm it was their discretion. We have taken this onboard for future and will ensure we factor in a lot more time in the future. Apologies for tonight

As we had advertised a 7:00pm departure time, many people understandably left early to make sure they caught the bus. This unfortunately meant some fans missed the end of the event, while drivers were also trying to balance waiting for others who had not yet arrived.

We did ask drivers if they could wait longer, but 7:15pm was the latest most were able to stay.

We sincerely apologise to anyone who missed the end because they needed to leave early, and also to those who missed the bus. We appreciate your understanding, and we will make sure this is carefully considered in future planning.

It’s as much on the club tbf, they always take a ludicrously, grossly excessive time with these presentations and they should have communicated a more realistic timeframe with the transport operators. 7pm was always going to be hugely optimistic

The 10+ minutes of added on time in the second half didn't help the situation either.
