Got the dealer to dig me out an MC65 plate when I bought a new motor in December

We know a german city fan who managed to get MC 1894 on the end of his plate (after the town/city ident)

But surely you couldn't do it? Having UTD on your car, even if it is to remind them of when we overtook them? I remember my father buying a red car with the last 3 digits NTD, and I would take the piss every time I saw it!

Someone I knew very well used to have a yellow sports car with the reg K1PPAX ...Mark Bitner.We used to travel everywhere back in the late 60`s early 70`s and Marc was well known as one of the Kippax lads.Certain he came from Heald Green and he later owned a pub in Staffs next to a golf club.Me and the missus went down to see him and his pub was littered with all sorts of City photos etc.
The boy done good,seeing he was a well known footie hooligan.
