City centre pubs showing the Burnley game?

Where is the law at with this at the moment? I thought that Irish pub won a law case a few years ago that you were allowed to broadcast international broadcasts as long as you did so through legal channels (IE not a steaming box?). Could be wrong, though, and that seemed to be based on EU competition laws, so again dunno where this stands post-Brexit.

I seem to remember it was a Welsh pub and he did in theory win the case.

But the practicalities were that he couldn’t infringe any Premier League copyrights ( graphics, logos etc. ) which in practice made it impossible to show a game and not be in breach of the copyright laws.
