If what you say comes true, I hope they offer a refund and don't just 'move' those purchased over to the new project.
 
I brought one and got the replica around 2/3 months ago.
Got told I'm in the first batch to be installed later this year.

That looks like for all 4 phases with each phase being a verse.

If each letter used the same amount of circles, with the first verse being short just under 19.5% of circles would need to be sold to complete phase 1 - approx 7,800 - however they have to be of the correct type so total sales would need to be higher baring an enormous fluke or taking certain discs off sale for a time.
