city debate show

Peter Crouch is a good player and it would appear to me that Hughes is wanting to sign a target man who he has a decent knowledge of. Crouch will get you 15 goals a season and is a handful for opposition defenders. I think he would be a good signing and certainly a much better signing than RSC!

who said this? would,nt be that bad of a signing but hopefully just for backup would like to think we could attract a better bigger name

Agreed, we need 2 new strikers at least and wouldn't mind him at city! Options Options

well said, 16 goals this season by the way.

need 2 top class centre backs to get any wher near the top 4 never mind couch

Leave him to David Moyes...Crouch would fit right in with Hooferton's style of play.

Id take Crouch no doubt.

1) He's awkward. Doesn't look like hw knows what to do next sometimes, ergo, neither do defenders.

2) Willing to stick a leg out at anything that comes into the box. Several random bicycle kick goals in his career.

3) He may bundle some in, but so did the Goat. And NO ONE can say they would'nt like that kind of presence.

4) Some aerial prowess. An outlet for when its time to boot it.

5) The Robot (Copyright SWP).

On the city debate show this week on channel m, bloke from the daily express said crouch was a done deal, supposed to be well in at city, think he would be a good addition to the city squad, would give us options.
