Some of the 80s culprits can correctly point the blame at the fashions of the time.

Seem to remember City manager Mel Machin insisting Bish cut his hair (it was a lot longer when he played for Bournemouth when we fucked up that 3 goal lead!).
Old Mel would love some of the other haircuts mentioned in this thread wouldn't he! Never seemed the most 'fun' manager did he? Having said that ,the 10:1 and the 5:1 when he was our gaffer were certainly a hell of a lot of fun for sure!!!

Haha I see what you mean but nah I loved him as a player, basically he was just a strong as fuck, hard as fuck, enthusiastic as fuck journeyman and he was a blue to his core.

Top bloke as well, humble as fuck and always speaks well of the club even back in the dark days
