City Fan Engagement Research Project

City are working with a company called Hyper Island to understand fan attitudes, how they feel about the club and what they think could be better. I've just taken part and was asked questions such as:

• What benefits I feel I get as a seasoncard holder & could they be better;
• How you feel th club engages with its fans;
• The pre-match experience;
• The in-match experience;
• What makes you proud to be a City fan;
• What the club does well and what it could do better.

None really.
How does the club engage with the fans.
1 min clap from the players after an away game.
Pre match experience.
I'm in the pub and go in about 2 minutes before kick off.
In match experience.
Shite atmosphere. Too many tourists.
Everything about been a blue makes me proud.
Best thing they could do lower ticket prices

Wake up they have employed a load of makenting ****s to screw us. They get paid on resulets, the club has gone to the dogs.
We laughed at Pawn Sanswcihes . We have caught up very quickly.

It's quite easy. If fans got served with 3 minutes of queueing then there really wouldn't be a problem. But they aren't and there is.

These surveys usually involve questions along the lines of 'how much would you be prepared to pay for such & such facility / experience'.

Complete & utter bollocks and I'd be surprised if anyone bothered to be honest.
