Hello everyone!

My name is Gianluca and I am currently studying a Masters in Sports Management. For my final thesis I have chosen to do a studies on fan engagement, and I have chosen Manchester City as one of my pillars as they are one of the biggest clubs in England. I thought what better way to get the best possible information than to ask the fans themselves?

Every season we get requests from students to undertake a survey, in other words doing their work for them. Write out a few meaningless questions, post them on 3 or 4 fans forums, go to the pub and then spend the evening fudging the results so that they look good.
