We should have a policy that stories such as this are pasted into the forum,to avoid giving their website hits that aren't deserved.

I am a disabled supporter due to a severe stroke. I bought a Platinum membership for this season in Level 1 of the Colin Bell Stand. Unfortunately when I bought my memebership my seat had been sold for the opening game against Swansea. The Club allocated me a seat on level 3 of the East Stand but I was allowed to use the lift to get up there.

I need to use a stick to help me walk and I have problems with my balance, yes I had a few stairs to climb but the club were excellent and could not have been more helpful, they have even offered a seasoncard free of charge to my carer. The club go out of their way to assist disabled supporters. This guy should be ashamed of himself.

Since the club has been bought over this is what has happended to some of our fans. They have become greedy and selfish.

It's good to let people know about this. I know the club have been nothing more than helpful and understanding when dealing with requests from friends on this subject and I agree, this guy should be ashamed.
