Re: City fan runs to the MUEN to slate us! FFS!
I'm GENUINELY confused by the comments section here: <a class="postlink" href="http://goo.gl/aN1ru" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://goo.gl/aN1ru</a>

I know this lad. It's not as simple as this makes out. He's had a bad fracture and can't use stairs easily. I phoned City three weeks go when he broke his leg to ask about a tswap for the game, and was told to call back this week. He phoned back this week and was told they couldn't do a seat swap, or offer alternative access. The offer of a seat swap came AFTER the MEN contacted City. I love my club, but they've been very, very unhelpful over this.

I know this lad, and the story isn't quite this straightforward. He phoned three weeks ago when he first broke his leg to ask if he could swap his seat, and was told to phone back this week. He phoned back this week, an was told it was too late to swap, and he should've phoned earlier, The offer of a seat swap came AFTER the MEN got in touch with City

I've said it once and I'll say it again. No seats were offered until after the MEN contacted City. They were unsympathetic and unhelpful until press pressure. We asked for alternate seats twice and were refused. Go to the press and suddenly there's a change of mind.
This Stuart fella... is he related and if so would you say "I know this lad" if it was a family member??
Why did he ring the club as soon as Michael broke his leg to ask for a swap? How did he know he'd be fit to attend and why did HE ring when it's not his ticket?
Michael clearly stated in the article he did not want to swap seats anyway. Level 1 steps are not like Level 2 steps, they are very easily accessible if he wanted to get there early.
Wonder where he sits:
