City Fans Leaving Early/Empty seats

After every game I stand until the last City player has left the pitch.

It always puzzles me why fans sprint to the exit as soon as the whistle goes. What’s the rush?

Let’s say there was 8 mins added on rather than 5, those same fans would be happy to spend another 3 mins in the stadium.
 
For example, its ironic how French football fans have created a better atmosphere at a 5-a-side in our country than any English fanbase has managed to muster for a premier league match.

 
At half time yesterday a fan asked to borrow my scarf to have his photograph taken wearing it! He didn't speak much English and looked Chinese. I was quite happy to let him use it. He was across the aisle and had seemed to be enjoying the game.
Then the woman dressed to the nines looking as if she was going for a fancy night out rather than a football match. She was filming herself as if she was doing a podcast thingymabob as well.
Weird goings on at football these days!! :-)

Should have charged him 15 quid.

A real experience with a proper City fan..only £15 a photo. Free chip muffin included.
