Would be nice to have a breakdown.

We must be sailing close to the wind.

It would be quite nice if the club announced, after the window closed, what restrictions we were operating under if only for
PR purposes and to stop negative & erroneous speculation about cheating from the Rag Press.

I don't think it's to our advantage to do so now and let our competitors know what's left in the kitty.

If we don't we can expect loads of bollocks about spending £28m on a player when we were only
allowed to spend £10.2m in this window (based on the £38.8m figure quoted in the club accounts
for the net cost of player acquisitions in the Summer window).

The club might decide however not to divulge anything and go all guns blazing for UEFA after Dupont wins his case in the Spring.
That wouldn't upset me too much either!

I think our fans have to stop being so naive.

The clubs owners are running a multi-million pound multi-national business. They are ministers in their own country and they don't need to justify themselves to us or to the press in order that we can end some playground argument with our United supporting mates.

The people they need to satisfy are their auditors and the UEFA auditors because I am sure being in the champions league is a major crux of the business model so they will do all they can to comply so if they are OK with the purchase I think we have to accept their financial expertise. Now I am sure they felt they had complied previously but UEFA moved the goalposts should they try the same thing again then I am sure City wont "take the pinch"

Have trust in the management team at the club they haven't done a bad job up till now

Barclays Premier League Champions, Manchester City FC have announced a three and half year global partnership with leading online forex trading firm FXPrimus.

FXPrimus will become the Club's Official Online Forex Trading Partner.

The first major activation of the partnership will be at the Club’s winter training camp in Abu Dhabi next week, where Manchester City will compete with Hamburg SV of the Bundesliga for the FXPrimus Cup on 21 January in Al Ain.

FXPrimus will be the Official Partner of Manchester City FC’s January 2015 UAE Tour.

The wide-ranging agreement will see FXPrimus acquire extensive marketing and promotional rights including presence across the Club’s digital channels.

FXPrimus will also be a regular presence at the Etihad Stadium, with hospitality at all home games.

Tom Glick, Chief Business Officer of Manchester City FC, said: “We are delighted to have partnered with FXPrimus and are really looking forward to working with them on a range of activations.

"It's always very special when the team visits the United Arab Emirates, so we're particularly looking forward to kicking off our relationship by playing the FXPrimus Cup in front of our fans.”

Terry Thompson, COO of FXPrimus echoed these sentiments: “FXPrimus and Manchester City FC are both leaders in their respective fields.

"We are extremely proud to be partnering with the Club to assist in our ambitious global growth plans. We are excited to be working closely with the Club to activate the partnership.

“In analysing a potential relationship with Manchester City FC, we discovered many of our clients are also football fans, so it gives us great pleasure to bring them this sponsorship. We intend on offering many interactive ways for our clients to participate in this partnership, because ultimately this is for them.”

Can one of the ffp experts on this thread please clarify how much money we need to raise from player sales to keep the right side of the sanction. I was expecting a nice £10m or so for Nasty to soften the blow, now that hasn't gone through haven't we left ourselves a bit of a problem?
Do you really think the club haven't thought this one through ?

I truly despair at times mate. You`d think we were being run by fucking amateurs !!

I bet you were one of the many who believed there would be no sanction in the first place.
