Sad but true. We
may catch them revenue-wise this year, but that's unlikely to be sustained because they will get a boost when their Adidas money kicks in, and sadly we have to face the very real prospect that the twats might get 4th this year and be back into the gravy league.
We grew our commercial revenue by £23m last year and by £35m the year before. So unless this take a
MESSI leap sometime soon, we'll be behind them again in terms of revenue in the 2015/16 financial year.
One thing to cling on to: The Adidas deal can be cancelled if they get relegated. We can hope, can't we ;-)
