I havnt actually seen any concrete evidence that we have got these sanctions its still all press rumour mill from what im seein here

There's no World Cup or Euro Championships next summer to fight for a position. Reckon if the players were compensated with some lucrative friendlies or a tasty signing on fee, they would still sign.
