Think this particular fine is issued to any side that has 5 different players booked rather than for any specific incident.

They had 4 players booked (although one of them was booked twice and therefore sent off).

I was thinking that that didn't seem much of a statement on what happened.
Anything more would need representations and hearings - the hearing was nearly two weeks ago, and under 3 weeks after the match, and that's not long enough for non-standard disciplinary breaches.
